This class is only offered Mondays 4:30pm to 5:30 p.m. EST or 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. EST
Students receive one-on-one or one-on-two direct instruction. These can be weekly, monthly, or one time only. Jill will give direct instruction and cues and will follow up with a weekly tips for daily practice. After the first session, sequences are customized for student needs. Chair yoga is available.
